Don’t know what’s going wrong with this place but the quality of staff now is very poor…the lady who was servicing me today was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favour by giving me a massage…also finished 10 minutes early which is not like them…I would rather take my money somewhere else. Never again
I went today because tomorrow I am having surgery. I wanted to get my body in as good a health state as possible. I had a 2 hour relax massage with Patcha. It was very respectful, the room was very clean. I drifted between twilight and dawn, I was so relaxed. When I got back to the hospital I felt refreshed. I am very confident I will be as fit as I can be for my surgery. I would recommend Serenergy Thai Massage, 5 star for me. Thank you again to a very professional masseuse, Patcha.
I’ve generally had a good experience with this place however today I tried to do a group booking and I booked for one person followed by the second person. Unfortunately there was no availability for the second person. Given this was intended to be a group booking I called to cancel but was informed I would be charged $46 cancellation fee and there was nothing they could do to waive the fee.
