OOF… i hate to be this person but, the new lady at this location is NOT trained properly. I got there twice since she started and went again today because I hadn’t been in a bit and was reminded as to why i stopped going. Saskatoon location is ok. But please either train her, or find someone else. And that is said with the kindest heart. The drinks have always been very good but now nope, it’s just watered down and we dont taste the flavor, my sister noticed the same and also too much ice now.

Please make sure to train your staff properly. Ordered multiple times here but the old lady didn't know how to make my drink. It looked and tasted different.

This store has been my favorite milk tea store, but I don’t know if they changed management or staff. The quality of their drinks really went down. How many times a week do me and my husband try to buy from them to give them a chance? But they always disappoint us. If they are not following the opening time here on Google, they don't always have enough pearls, even if it is still 3 or 4 in the afternoon. The quality of drinks is poor, and now the service is really poor as well. So disappointing.
