The owner bullied for me asking for my money back when I cancelled my appointment days in advance. This business is TERRIBLE. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This business has no problem taking money from women when services were never rendered. Refuses to refund or credit what I paid for. Backstory: I went into labor over a month early with PPROM and called/left a VM to cancel my appointment 4 days before my scheduled appt. assuming I would receive my money back. I called from the hospital while literally in labor. I then had servere post part depression & recurrent miscarriages, therefore I didn't call to inquire about my missing refund in a 'timely manner'.
