I initially called to purchase Latisse and decided to schedule a consultation for another concern at the same time. I was under the impression, based on what I was told at the front desk, that acne medications could also be prescribed, which turned out to be a misunderstanding. This review doesn't take away from Julia as a person of service provider. Trinity, you are rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful. You should be ashamed for the way you treat people. Ive been coming to Serene Radiance for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it! I get chemical peels with Amanda and shes absolutely amazing at what she does! She always makes sure Im comfortable and shes incredibly sweet! Ive also noticed my skin has definitely gotten better as I do struggle with acne. I highly recommend this place!! The atmosphere is also super welcoming and very clean. I absolutely love it!!
Yesterday i had a hair transplant at serene radiance clinic, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and care provided by Dr. Moussa and the entire staff was exceptional.
