I had very bad back pain from sitting to long doing lash extensions. I wasn't able to turn left or right and bend down because it was very painful. So I decided to get acupuncture with Lin. After 1 treatment along with stretching and yoga I felt like a big relief about 70%. I did 4 treatments everything back to normal now.
