They don’t take credit cards, only debit or “eTransfer” so I was unable to get service. No where in the booking process was this made clear.
I needed a massage ASAP but my regular places were booked. Serene had next day availability so I gave them a try. It was honestly a terrible massage. The therapist just ran her cold hands up and down my back lightly. No technique. Just very uncomfortable and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I haven't been back, but I gave it a 3 because I'm sure there must be better therapists there.
Had booked an appointment today at 10am. Store was closed but no one communicated in advance. Terrible experience .
I love Serene Physique. They are all so professional caring compassionate and very efficient. I highly recommend 👌 them to everyone!
