Cannot praise Rebecca from Serene Wellbeing enough! Through Bowen Therapy she has dramatically reduced my migraines that I have suffered for over 20 years and healed an ankle issue that other therapies couldn't. Highly recommend!
After just one of Bec’s classes I was hooked. Bec’s calm caring manner teamed with her knowledge of yoga and how the body works provided everything I was looking for. Bec modifies all her plans to cater for all participants. The classes are fun and promote a wonderful sense of community. Since I have been doing Bec’s classes I have increased my flexibility, strength and mental wellbeing.
The stress management program run by Rebecca was awesome, it covered so many different areas, such as food, breathing, exercise, yoga etc...I totally recommend it as it has now given me the tools to help me manage stress and also adding movement with yoga and walking. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and a patient teacher. Hope you all give it a go and enjoy it as much as I did.
Rebecca is amazing! I have had certain aches and pains in the same spot for years and just tried to live with it. Getting Bowen therapy has helped these pains just go and I'm getting a much better night sleep now. Highly recommend.
I travelled interstate to have a Bowen Treatment with Bec. Her professional knowledge and confidence implementing the technique produces great results, whether it be new or old ailments.
