I started seeing Rebecca initially for my reoccurring back pain in 2023. I have previously been diagnosed with a bulging disc. We discovered that my back pain was triggered by stress, as the pain used to move along my back. Cannot praise Rebecca from Serene Wellbeing enough! Through Bowen Therapy she has dramatically reduced my migraines that I have suffered for over 20 years and healed an ankle issue that other therapies couldn't. Highly recommend!
