My grandfather was resistant at first but the activity coordinator spent time understanding his interests and now he's genuinely engaged. The place has a culture of actually getting to know people.

I was looking for a memory care facility that i would feel comfortable lwaving my mom. Serene Gardens is that place. This place is beautiful, well kept and clean. Ashley is amazing. Very down to earth, easy to talk to, very accommodating. Very willing to work with me and my situation. I would definitely recommend taking your loved one to this facility.

The visiting nurse works in perfect coordination with the on-site team. There’s no confusion around care instructions or medication changes, as everyone communicates clearly and stays aligned.

the independent living option here actually feels independent. she can order groceries, keep her own schedule, and the staff doesn't treat residents like they need supervision.

What struck me most during my tours was how the residents interact with staff. It's not transactional, it's genuinely caring relationships. You can see it in how people smile when certain staff members are around.
