Understaffed and negligent. We just moved our grandmother out of Serene Gardens due to the poor service. Laundry is never done correctly if at all. We found a soiled pair of pants thrown into the laundry basket. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not house your loved ones here.
My mom is very happy to be living here which makes me happy! Having to move in during a terrible time in our lives, I was worried about my mom's mental health. God sent her 2 amazing angel's, Jenna and Silvana. She has met people and goes to all activities, which I never thought she would do. Jenna has planned 3 special family night activities since my mom has been there and my twin teenagers and I have enjoyed attending with my mom. Can't wait for the February dance night.
When we were searching metro Detroit for an assisted living for a family member, we came across Serene Gardens. It’s not close to our home, but we decided to check it out because of a recommendation. Love the staff that show up everyday
I am thankful for Sarah and Jenna. They always make sure us residents are taken care of and are happy. They show great care for us and keep us moving. They both greet us all with smiles and I feel very welcomed because of Sarah and Jenna.
