We received excellent service, clear communication and attention to detail and skill from a variety of staff, including the initial visit which provided ideas and quotes, the follow up measure, and the final install. In addition the customer service in the office was also friendly and helpful. The timing, costs and risks were well communicated. From the first visit to installation, everything was perfect. Gavin answered all my questions and concerns and helped me with a solution for our front room. I just love my awning. It looks smart and now we can use the front room at any time of day ( as now it's not too hot in there ) Thanks so much Serene Blinds and Awnings !
Every aspect of service was spot on. Showroom staff were knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted achieve. Staff for measure up on time, pleasant and informative. Staff arranging installation courteous and so helpful around my weird schedule. Installer was happy, sensible and checked with me all along the process. Top notch throughout - final product even better than I’d hoped . Happy happy !
