We haven't had family photos taken in years due to stress, cost and results. When we contacted Serendipity, Gerri reassursed us that she would help us get the images that we wanted. Her guidance and manner somehow made it very easy to gather 5 people and a dog and pull together an effective and efficient session. And the results are proof of that. Everyone LOVES the final product. Our session was reasonably priced and Gerri went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied. Thanks and we'll be coming back!

I've known Gerri around 6 years, and we use Serendipity for everything. She takes our yearly anniversary and holiday photos, she's taken my maternity photos, and the fresh 48 photos for both of my sons. We've used her baby plan twice, and we recommend her to everyone we meet. She has a sparkly and bright personality, and my family absolutely loves working with her. 😍🥰

We love working with Gerri at Serendipity. While we work with her on weddings a lot in the summer, we also use Serendipity for our family photos. Gerri is patient and so great with each of our 8 grandchildren and they respond so positively to Gerri. The photos show that they are comfortable with her and we are always pleased. her turnaround time is phenomenal too! Thanks Gerri for always taking care of the Cobb family.

I've worked with both Courtney and Gerri over the years, both professionally and as friends. They are the absolute best at what they do! They value simple, quality photography - and let the people in the photos really shine. Their ability to capture "real" smiles, candid shots, and personalities is exceptional - and they are incredibly accommodating to scheduling needs. Serendipity's editing, products, flexibility, and professionalism are top notch. Would highly recommend!
