BEWARE—Booked with Serendipity Photography by Chelsea for our son’s wedding. TWO WEEKS prior she cancels with us, VIA TEXT. Claims work conflicts, but we booked and paid a deposit over 4 months prior to the wedding. Poor customer service. Not responsive to attempts to communicate. Chelsea is an amazing photographer! She took pictures at our small courthouse wedding. After that, she took pictures at a pier at Lake Marion and at Pocotaligo Nature Park. She knew the right poses and was accommodating and helpful throughout our photography session. I recommend her to everyone in the lowcountry. I can’t wait to see our pictures!
