I had an amazing first experience with Tanya today. I had one of the best massages of my life that really took out a lot of pressure from multiple tight areas in my back and lower legs. She also gave me stretches to do because I'm overcompensating on the upper half of my body and causing tension in my shoulders. She also wasn't afraid to use her strength, because I generally like very deep tissue massages just to get out the knots. I will be going back for sure.
