Elizabeth came highly recommended from a friend. I was experiencing fear, self doubt and anger. My mother is dying and is a narcissist so I needed to prepare for this trauma before it was an emergency visit. My hypnosis sessions with Elizabeth have made a huge difference. She can coach you in any aspect of your life. She’s guided me to work less hours and possibly pick a new career. She’s also a friend and gives much needed to do list. I’ll be back soon.
