Tracy provided a beautiful experience. She created a welcoming & safe spac and her skills were tailored to my needs. We had a dialogue about exactly what I was looking for from the experience and she delivered exactly what I was looking for and needed. I recently sprained my ankle and went to see Tracy for a massage and she was so gentle with that area and knew exactly what to do to make it feel amazingly better. I highly recommend seeing her for the best relaxing massage around. You will want to have her on your monthly wellness routine!
After a year and a half, rounds of steroids, and no help from doctors I called Tracy. I asked her to do whatever she needed to help with my hip pain. 18 hours later and I feel so much better. I love putting my trust in someone who knows their craft and just letting it go!
I’ve been to several reiki practitioners, but they didn’t give me that oomph factor. Tracy was fantastic from her energy to my physical and emotional needs. Highly recommend.
