Home on Lady Rassell Street is a very toxic place to work. When I worked the evening shift, I was trained by Gurleen (an Indian girl). From our first meeting, I felt that she didn’t like me. My first impression of this facility was that the owner was the sweetest, most kind person I have ever met. She was welcoming, and made me feel as if she really wanted me to be a part of her team. Initially the interview went wonderfully but she couldn't find a space for me, as at that time I refused weekend shifts. That was perfect.
