Serena is a star. I couldn’t recommend her more highly for anything to do with your hat needs - new or old. It’s pretty hard to find people who are expert and passionate about their craft but Serena ticks all of that.
Serena expertly cleaned, re-blocked and serviced my 10-year-old Akubra Balmoral style straw hat. It was quick and reasonably priced. The hat’s as good as new. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her.
