How many ways can I say I love this store! The staff is very accomodating. The vibe I get is like visiting a house tour.
I had a wonderful experience! Elizabeth was super helpful.
We were charged double on a few items that resulted in a $8k order turn into a $16K order. And even after all the back up we have given the service team how we have been double charged for a couple of items, we have been met with radio silence. And it is so disappointing that this is acceptable. I’m tired of the emails and the calls. Return the monies and we can all move on. And you lost a really good potential client here with how you are and have been handling this situation that is such a simple thing.
Marley was such an immense help—kind and communicative! Helped address exactly what we needed. Great CX and support.
