Serena and Lily of Westport is in a class of their own in terms of client service. They were so helpful with their suggestions and went above and beyond to provide complimentary renderings, pictures, and styling ideas. Ally Grasso specifically was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely partner with them for future projects!

I really want to like Serena and Lily but the quality of items arriving are really poor. Firstly I receive a bed that is three inches bigger at the top than the bottom making the mattress gape - I was told to tuck in the duvet to cover the hole (!!), but eventually (to be fair to S&L) got a refund, next up I was sent a coffee table with clear signs of use (this time had to argue for a refund without the crazy and far from market 15% restocking fee), and now I get sent two Provence chairs that are dirty and look like they've ... read more
Ally is by far the most impressive sales associate I've ever worked with. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness when following up on everything discussed is unmatched. She is able to multi-task so well while also somehow managing to give 100% care and full attention to the multiple people and tasks in need of her assistance. My experience with Kyla at the Westport store was fantastic from start to finish … she helped with ideas, put fabric suggestions together and then provided samples of everything we discussed! When there was an issue with one piece (and the delivery service was also great) she arranged to have it taken care of immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Kyla, she is the best!
