Beth Kimberling at their Palm Beach store is absolutely amazing… It’s when you have an issue which can happen to all of us you have the opportunity to see how a company resolves that issue…… All I can say is WOW 🤩 ………Beth takes customer service to another level….. Shopping at Serena and Lily is a wonderful experience but dealing with Hayley Wixom takes it to another level. She is a pleasure to work with.
Products are very attractive. They replaced a cracked product quickly. On the other hand, their salespeople and manager seem very pleasant but messed up two orders. One was canceled by us and the other did not include an additional 5% discount on a large order. ($700 amount). Lastly, they still have our name misspelled on our account. Just be careful with the details.

The store always looks amazing but what really stands out is the service !!! Yesterday I was assisted by two wonderful sales people, Cindy Koehler and Spiritt Moraitis! They really went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be!!! Truly! If you get the chance, please visit this store in Palm Beach 😊
