Poor selection
This place is totally hit or miss so you have to visit regularly. It’s a true outlet. You find overruns, items that have been returned but are undamaged, and some items are damaged, but the staff will point out the damage to you. The people who work here are super lovely. The manager in particular is always really friendly and helpful. And sometimes I find things that absolutely delight me and are anywhere from 50% off to 75% off.
Went into here the other day and the experience is very underwhelming. Lots of things from temu or Amazon at a higher price like their current sale items. Not worth the drive
Absolutely LOVE Serena & Lily! And so grateful we have both the Palo Alto store and the Berkley outlet here in the San Francisco Bay Area - obsessed with both! The teams are phenomenal! LOVE spending time exploring all the perfect finds in both locations! Cannot thank you all enough! 🤍
