We were not greeted when we came in the store. When I asked where napkins were, lady working there said do you want paper towels. Very rude and I am not impressed. Went today at 11 am
My husband and I bought two large light fixtures here. Kathy was so helpful and sweet. We are SO pleased!
Purchased over $10,000.00 in furniture and most items were white glove delivery. They delivered the items and were not willing to put together bed frame which was very difficult due to the size and weight of the product. We called Serena and they argued with us that we didn’t order white glove and it wasn’t their problem. They said to take it up with the delivery company.
