Beautiful luxury furnishings. I absolutely love the designers at Serena and Lily. I brought and returned 4-different bedding sets before asking Serena and Lily to help. The products are high quality and make returns easy. 5- Stars all around.
I love Serena and Lily and visit the design shop in Chestnut Hill whenever I'm in the neighborhood. I have purchased a variety of their products over the years and I'm always asked "where did your find that". The quality is the best, and my electrician commented on that when he installed one of the capiz light fixtures. I can't stay away from the website -- there's always lovely new things and from time to time, good sales too.
Every time I visit this store I am always amazed at how rude the employees are. There are usually at least 10 just sitting there on their laptops, and not one offers to ever help. When I finally am able to get someone's attention, I am greeted with attitude. I always come in ready to buy something special for my home but leave empty handed because of how unfriendly the staff is. On principle alone I can no longer shop here.
Beautiful store. Lay out is perfect for shopping and nice people! Always enjoy walking through for ideas or shopping. Wallpaper walls are great. I find it easiest to go into the store before purchasing any paper.
Beautiful and elegant store. Quality products and calming design. If I could afford S&L to furnish my whole house-I would! Love this store!!!
