I went in for a consultation and treatment for hyperpigmentation. Serena was kind enough to walk me through everything and help me set up a skincare routine. I also got a Hydrafacial. She educated me about the products and how to use them, but never pressured me to buy anything. Overall, I’m hoping to see good results, so we’ll see how it goes. Serena is very kind, caring, and attentive. She genuinely listens to your concerns and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I strongly recommend her for your concerns.

The tranquility of her space & her energy will put you right to sleep even if you're doing a more intense treatment. My skin looked amazing & felt great too. Followed up the same day with what she wants my skincare routine to be at home to prep for what we're planning to do next. Will be returning & telling everyone I know about her!

Serena is so knowledgeable yet so kind and gentle in the way she provides advice and feedback on your routine. I’ve already seen major changes in my skin after only two visits with her and I’ve received so many compliments on how glowy my skin looks. I can’t recommend working with Serena enough. Amazing results in just two sessions!
