Mohammed is a very kind, helpful, and trustworthy accountant. I love that I can just hand him my pile of documents and he takes care of everything. Even in the height of tax season chaos, he is very pleasant and takes the time to ask about how my business is doing and is very nice about answering all of my questions. Terrible communication.
I highly recommend anyone seeking Serdah Consultants services to look elsewhere. They were terrible communicators, responding to emails or phone calls only after I left several, and when they did respond, their responses were short and vague and almost never addressed all of my questions. In the end, they did not file any of my taxes (personal, deceased mothers, or her trust) even though they kept saying they were working on it.
