Terrible communication.
I highly recommend anyone seeking Serdah Consultants services to look elsewhere. They were terrible communicators, responding to emails or phone calls only after I left several, and when they did respond, their responses were short and vague and almost never addressed all of my questions. In the end, they did not file any of my taxes (personal, deceased mothers, or her trust) even though they kept saying they were working on it. Just moved to this area needing a new accounting service. Called and spoke with someone in December who said he will send emails of things/documents I need to prepare for our first meeting. That’s the last time I’ve heard anything from them. I had called again, left voice messages of my email and my phone number, never heard back once. Now tax will be due within a month, I will probably have a very hard time finding someone who will file my tax. Was hoping to leave a positive review instead however was not given the chance.
