The therapists at this location are top notch. We moved through well directed sessions with no "down time." Every exercise was personalized and addressed my condition. Friendly and cheerful atmosphere.
Everyone at SERC was kind and positive. I went there for right hip pain. Each person I had therapy with was encouraging and helpful. Much appreciated! Thank you!
Started my PT with Tyler. He is very good. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I am confident I am with very capable PT.
Staff were extremely respectful and welcoming. Seems to show genuine concern. Even though right now things do not feel better that is not a reflection of the business.
Very pleased with results I am getting from therapy after knee replacement. All therapists (and receptionist) keep things moving and make you work for the hour a day I am there. I especially like the way Erin explains everything about muscles and the how and why of exercises I am doing. Positive atmosphere and happy I chose SERC Oak Grove.
