I have nothing but respect for the therapists and clerks at SERC when I visit in person. They're friendly, patient and they've help me a lot. But their corporate decision to call me four times a day to schedule a new patient appointment is just insane. I don't need a new patient appointment if I have been seen for several weeks now, but their auto-system AI or whatever reset itself and now I'm getting several text messages and multiple phone calls a day to set up my appointment. I liked the fact that the therapist took time to ask questions about the location and degree of pain I am experiencing so that she could select the most appropriate exercises. I thought today was a good beginning for what I hope will help me regain strength and free movement which I have lost.
I have visited SERC Physical Therapy before and they were great. This time I went I had Greg Britling and he was amazing. He seemed different than other therapist. I found out he has experience as a personal trainer and knows how to push the client just enough. I felt better than ever when I left the visit and would recommend ANY LIVING ADULT to go to him and get services for a better more mobile body.
I cannot say enough good things about this office and all the people who work there! Selena was my therapist and she assisted me with the appropriate exercises to return me to good health. She was kind, gave constructive feedback and encouragement. Thank you so very much!
Selena was very easy to work with, she knew just how much I could stand without to much pain. I highly recommend SERC physical therapy to all. The reception desk was equally kind and friendly. Thanks to SERC physical therapy, I feel much better.
