Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and professional. My frustration was being underbilled for my copay, resulting in a large bill months after treatment. SERC is owned by someone else, customer service was friendly and apologetic, but told me it is my responsibility to know my PT co-pay. I have never experienced not trusting a medical provider's assessment when it comes to a co-pay.
