The group in West Lenexa are amazing! They really care about each person's treatment and progress. They listen, really listen to you. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Mark is and his care in atreatment plan. I recommend this office if you need PT!!!!
Great staff from the moment you are greeted at the front desk, to going through and stretches and exercises and on through walking out the door. I’ve had an old nagging minor injury that I re-injured and made worse recently. Mark and Emily helped rehabilitate my shoulder and teach me the maintenance stretches and exercises to help me start sleeping on my side again and not wince in pain every time I pick my daughter up with the wrong arm. Thank you!
Highly recommend SERC on 87th Street Parkway in Lenexa. Mark worked with my son first, who then referred me to Mark when I needed PT. Warm and professional is how I describe the staff and Therapists. Though I was only in a four week program, I experienced good results. Mark was mindful if my age and other limitations, and listened well, suggesting exercises that not only worked, but that were appropriate to improve my condition and within my ability.
