Melissa and Mark were very professional and personal. Diagnosed my hip discomfort and subscribed exercises for strengthening and stretching in support of greater stability and freedom of movement. They complemented the exercises with regularly scheduled visits which included additional strengthening and stretching techniques. These increased both my stability and freedom of movement. Put the hip through the paces on a weeklong day hiking trips with no discomfort. Up next, multi-day backpacks.
Mark is a pro who knows what he is doing! I had ankle replacement and ligament reconstruction surgery. Within two months of starting my PT, I was able to progress from slow, small, cautious steps to confidently walking five miles a day.
