I had a deeply frustrating experience with Serasana Wellness Studio. I booked a massage for my partner using my leftover ClassPass credits, something I now realize violates ClassPass’s “no shared accounts” policy, though I was unaware at the time. When he arrived, the owner refused to honor the appointment. That part I can accept, because policies are policies.
