Massage was terrible… therapist didn’t listen to my needs. I have been to their yogas and they are super basic. Every posture and yoga was pretty much same
The atmosphere of this studio is calm, clean, and sets the right tone for yoga. The teacher, Brandi is very personable and leads a great class. So happy to find a new yoga home!
Went to massage and it was not great experience. Therapist was just rubbing the same places over and over and she ended the massage 2 minutes earlier. At the end I was offered a hot tea but it was not even warm… it was room temperature tea that didn’t even taste good. Wasted $150!!! I could’ve went to massage heights and it’s a lot cheaper and so much better!
Both Casey and Stephanie are amazing, I’ve visited each of them and feel great after every session
This is one of the best studios in the entire city! Warm and inviting staff, clean facility and various class types! Love the special workshops! Give Serasana a try
