Teachers are very experienced and I am really enjoying classes. My body gained flexibility and well balanced because of proper breathing which I am trying to master through my classes
Love the coziness and the yogi vibe of Searssana katy. Love the variety of teachers that I can learn from, the time of classes and how they fit in my schedule especially on Saturdays and Sundays and the convenient drive from where I live . Staff are kind and smiley too. 🌟
Serasana is an authentic studio offering complimentary practices for people seeking holistic services.
Classes are not what they say they will. Pretty much they have only basic yoga. Nice place, nice people.
