I booked a massage through ClassPass as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I called ahead and informed the staff that the booking was for her — at no point was I told this would be an issue. When we arrived, the owner and staff were condescending, rude, and showed zero empathy, turning what was meant to be a special occasion into an embarrassing and upsetting experience. I had no idea about this hidden gem in far west Katy. I was so excited to learn about this spa, and was beyond thrilled to be paired with a wonderful massage therapist, Stephanie! She was so knowledgeable and kind, and I was so grateful to her for her expert massage. Serasana also has yoga and sound baths along with other monthly workshops! What a find!
The studio was clean and beautiful! The leader was great! I cannot wait to go again!
Great atmosphere with friendly caring staff. The therapist are great as are the yoga offerings.
Brandi is amazing!!! I have back and hip problems and every pose was exactly what my body needed! Can’t wait for my next class!
