Why do I love Serasana? Because: 1.An atmosphere of Inclusion and diversity , aligned with the yoga philosophy 2. Warmth of staff and management 3. Love the teachers and the different types of Yoga classes they teach! I enjoy! 4. It started creating a feeling of a yoga community
The yoga sessions gave tremendous flexibility and exposed to breathing skills. Pilates was an excellent overall workout with a variety of movements. It gave good muscle strength and body flexibility.
Sacha Sound bath was just what I needed . Helped my back stop hurting and much needed relaxation .
Atmosphere, instructor , and cleanliness was great
