My mom and I just took our first Yin class at Serasana and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and Sacha was a wonderful instructor. The studio is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. We will both definitely be back for more classes at Serasana!
Everything here is amazing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The therapists bring a wealth of experience and are truly at the top of their game. The yoga program offers classes for everyone, led by seasoned teachers who really care. Serasana is more than a studio - it’s a community.
Stephanie is always amazing and truly cares about her clients needs. She has reduced or completely eliminated many issues I was having!
