Seraphic I phoned to book in January and excitedly got an appointment for April!! Unfortunately I coincidentally had to go to an emergency appointment at Ulster Hospital in Dundonald. I still thought I’d get back maybe 10-15 minutes late. I phoned to say I’d be late and might need to cancel, then as traffic improved I phoned to say I’d only be 5 minutes late and was told unfortunately I’d need to remake appointment and Agnes would phone me but I’d still be charged £60 for the appointment.
