My mom, Susanna Roman, was recently admitted to Sequoyah Pointe SNF. She was there from August 1st, 2025 to September 2nd, 2025. While she was there a short time the care she received was exemplary! I live in California and everyone was so amazing with letting me know if there were changes and how she was. My mom was in isolation while recovering from C.Diff. this is horrible place they genuinely do not care you’re are better off leaving your loved one at home with the kind of care they provide

Frozen pizza & canned green beans for dinner? Seriously? Do NOT send your family members here. It is DEPLORABLE. Couldnt get anyone to come help my mother to the restroom. 5 times in one night, FAIL. Then leave her off her oxygen for 5 HOURS. This place is a hell hole & how sad its employee owned, yet they clearly don't care about their residents. Should be shut down and lose medicare funding. Thankfully, we are recovering at a different facility.
