The two females they have answering the phone are rude and disrespectful to victims of criminal activity. This is not how people who work in a prosecutors office that handles crime should act. I do not care how bad their day is they should not yell at people who call for help and then hang up on them twice. I recorded the entire set of calls. The lady that answered the phone was very respectful also she listened and took note of my friends situation that is currently locked up at the facility in Sequoyah county...thank you for being respectful and considerate with the situation at hand.
I wish I could rate them 0 stars the female who answered the phone is extremely rude and condescending to family members of individuals who are incarcerated in sequoyah county won't allow you to speak to the prosecutor who is over their case unless your the "victim" which in any other case you could call the da and get the information needed regarding their case this county is corrupt and needs to be investigated by a higher court or institution because family should be allowed to get all information from their office I thin... read more
