My husband and I took a 36-hour getaway to Sante Fe and found this store. We enjoyed browsing and the interaction with the staff and owner. We did buy some beautiful items, and the owner was very easy to work with. One shipment arrived via UPS and packed beautifully, and the other shipment came by truck. The driver was very nice and easy to work with. Thank you! The pendant lights look amazing on either side of our bed, and we love the wood art as well!
Mostly by Nature deserves a 10 out of 10! I’m from the Northeast and luckily stumbled upon their website while looking for lights and they went above and beyond to assist me with shipping and picking the perfect items for our home. Their service was exceptional, and I would definitely purchase from them again. A special shoutout to Randy for his outstanding support!
