I am visiting from out of town for the month and really need work on my left shoulder area and lower back. Looking up therapists I found Sequoia Massage, and her reviews were all great - and she did not disappoint! I think the way my session began made all the difference...she listened to me and consulted. I have been going to Sequoia for massage treatment for several years. She is, hands down (yes I said that!) The best massage therapist I have ever been to. Her skills are boundless, her knowledge is extensive, and I always leave feeling I got put back together! Each appointment is different from the one before. I am so grateful I found Sequoia during a visit upstate! The setting is lovely and she is kind and intuitive. Truly the best massage I've ever had. Very healing all around. I will be coming upstate just to see her again :)
