I had total hip replacement,and I didn’t think I needed P/T,But I’m glad I did. It helped so much in my recovery.

Pre and Post Hip Replacement Surgery was made easier with help from Phillip Adams. He came highly recommended from my chiropractor. The recommendation was no exaggeration. My biggest problem with PT has always been the night or day after PT exercises. Phillip completely understands this and does not overload muscles but instead works from various perspectives to strengthen. I will not have to worry about another PT injury! Knowledgeable, compassionate, caring! Highly recommended!
