Over coming hip replacement was an event and SEPT STAFF as a whole have been amazing. No matter my background or soco/economic status every time I am at SEPT I am treated like royalty. Thank you all for being apart of my journey getting my life back. Because of your guidance and patience and confidence in me I am sure to be on my way making the dreams come true that I have yet to dream because I was so lost and broken. Make you feel comfortable and confident in your exercises. I have only had 2 Physical Appointments and can tell a big difference in my knees and balance!
Pros: Stephan and Sarah were great, very professional. Stephan paid attention to me and truly diagnosed the problem. I felt as if he really "got" me and gave me a program that was logical and scalable. Cons: The second visit did not go well. He who will not be named (another PT) watched television the entire time and put me through a series of exercises that I could have easily curated from YouTube myself (I'm a corrective exercise specialist).
