Very underhanded. Crooked as a snake. Knowingly charges customers more than what a service is worth. He does not advise as to how large of a bill they are racking up against you and then springs it on you at the end. If you argue the charges he immediately goes down and file a lawsuit against you (and makes sure you don't know about it), gets a judge to let them charge you interest, then he file liens against anything you own, even if what you owe him is a small amount.
