My sister, two friends, and I have had one of the best experiences at Sephora thanks to Bree! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I went to Sephora on the 18th Nov 2025 looking for a suitable foundation for my skin tone and I was served by Fraser, one of the best customer services I have ever come across. He was very dedicated and patient towards me finding my right tone. Came back from their store house and updated me on what they had readily available in store and suggested a few different foundations that were absolute match to my skin tone. I’ve been into this sephora store a couple of times, now and let’s just say the overall experience is… uncomfortable? The employees seem annoyed that you’re in the store, ask you if you need anything but don’t seem very interested in helping you if you do and have an overall vibe that they couldn’t care less and a very standoffish demeanour. Don’t even try making small talk while youre there. If I could purchase some of the makeup they have anywhere else I would, they just have some good products which is why I keep coming b... read more
