I came in today needing pretty much everything, ranging from skincare to the final makeup steps. Abby did a scan on my face and picked out a very needed skincare routine, as well as helped me pick out a whole new face of makeup. She took the time to explain everything to me about the products, what’s in them, and how the shade range works me. i came to sephora at charlestown on tuesday and was greeted straight away by lovely staff. i requested for a shade match and lovely lady named (i think her name was jess or jessica) helped me with the shade match. she was very helpful and friendly and she helped me choose which foundation was right for me. i ended up buying two foundations which ended up being perfect for me. definitely will be coming back
Absolutely impeccable Customer Service. Staff are amazing here. So knowledgeable & helpful & patient. I just wish they stocked that perfume I wanted to purchase as it's mainly sold online only.
The girls who work here are all great! Especially Danielle, the store manager, who helped me find the perfect concealer and moisturiser and took the time to help me try different shades. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back
This store is absolutely disgusting. They sell used product products and then when they get called out on it, they do refuse to help. I ended up having to file a charge back with my bank and am filling a complaint with the ACCC.
