Went in today, first and last time!! The girl told me to wait at the product I was wanting to purchase, she said busy today there’s only 2 people serving, she was casually putting tickets on half a dozen products so I waited and waited still no help, I walked out of the store and went straight to Mecca…
Came to pick up an item and was served by Eerin (apologies if spelt incorrectly). She was absolutely lovely and very sweet. The store itself was well stocked and tidy.
I have had great experiences here, multiple staff want to assist and I love the brands. There is one staff member who always has a random compliment for me, and he has amazing skin and make up. Beautiful things like this make customers want to return. Thank you

Stood several people deep waiting at 4 registers with only 1 in service while only metres away I observed 4 employees standing around chatting to each other. When I questioned why, I was told "I'm the only one working the tills at the moment". So glad she cleared that up for me!! Very poor service.
