My mum and I just had a wonderful experience in this store. My mum was looking for some new skincare, we have traditionally always gone to Mecca. However, at Mecca we were finding it was had to get an employee to help us and give advice. We went across to Sephora, which was just as busy. Immediately one girl who was clearly busy at the time greeted us with a lovely smile and hello, asking if she could help us. I had the most amazing experience in store with Jess. I had two things that are very old haven’t been able to get close enough myself, she helped me find an identical same lipstick and blush color. She went through other products, skincare etc and how I could amplify my routine. I went home with several other products that she helped try on my face so I was happy with the result. My makeup has never looked better and I have never felt more comfortable in a beauty store. Jess is an asset to the Sephora team!
I came in with breakouts on my skin and got greeted by a worker named Charlie and she went through products with me and helped as much as she could the service was amazing!! Amazing recommendations and my skin is looking clearer already
