I've had two appointments for consultation on back to back days. The first day no one ever called and I got an email 3 hours later from some guy saying they got double booked. The next day (today) I sat in front of the computer again and no phone call. My meeting was cancelled! I didn't cancel it. Not a good look for someone who is supposed to care about your business and help it grow. No one answers the phone or emails either if you ever need help or to talk to someone.
