SentryHealth is a racket. Their main purpose is to lower the utilization costs for the employer at the cost of the employee’s help. They have horrible customer service and a bureaucracy that’s impossible to navigate. I wouldn’t be surprised if their approach to “healthcare navigation” is downright illegal.
