My mother hired **** for estate planning. In November 2023 she paid for an amendment to her will. **** received the money and then we never could get in touch with him again. Numerous phone calls, emails, and two visits to his office (closed), with no response. Highly unprofessional and unethical. This person should not have an attorney license.
I hired **** Cooper from Sentry Law to set up estate planning in Sept 2020. After paying $5000 to have his company do the paperwork and be my trustee, they have left me high and dry. They have not finished the paperwork, still waiting on forms from my condo in SC. They have not returned calls, conference calls, or emails. June 1, 2021 I met with and hired Mr. ********************** for estate planning and a doing a trust. I returned to his office on June 17, 2021 to have documents explained, I was given a nice notebook with POA, trust, living will forms etc. to sign and I was asked to sign a single piece of paper giving permission to do the deed. I never saw a deed until after it was recorded. Based on their website description I contacted Jeff Cooper for evaluating my tax statement in month of June 2021. He agreed to look into my tax papers after I paid him his fees. I paid his fees towards end of June 2021. After that point till now which is October 31, 2021 in last four months He never did the work he promised me but worst even is he never responded to my numerous phone calls and text messages and cheated me with my money. The client paid $100 to review his taxes, which we fully REFUNDED because staff shortages made it impractical to take him on as a client.
Worst firm, don't even tried , charge a lot of money, after you paid, no answer phones, no answer email, bad organization, took months to finish my taxes, i had to pay 3,600 to the irs because their negligence, He became my financial advisor, I couldn't entry to My account to see the money invested, we send and email as always no answer **** C***** ***** and all his team really not professional at all find another serious firm avoid this one and the nightmare we passed

The client hired us on Mar 1st, 2021, and the client ASSURED us their previous accountant had filed the extension for their business tax return, which was due Mar 15th, 2021. Turns out this wasn't the case... and the penalty the *** assessed was due to a late-filed tax return (which would have been timely, had the extension been filed).
