Excellent perks and friendly service at the Haines St branch. Refer a friend program is how I got started and my friend and I earned $50 each by me signing up! Can't beat that
The bank wasnt busy i tried to come in and set up a bank account but the lady said you had to make a appiontment and the loan person was out for the day. They only had one customer in there. There were 2 tellers so whats the piont of having tellers if they cant open bank accounts I went to another bank had a bank account and card within an hour
Worst service. Had to tell the bank teller how to do her job and was useless. Tried to open an account with a referral and a CD. Nope- just left me hanging. They need working AC in there too. They didn’t even call to follow up as a new member.
