Recently visited the new Box Elder branch after mostly visiting the Rapid City branches. Easy to use drive through and friendly/quick service.
Would not recommend you to anyone at this point. Have had an account with you for decades. When I have an issue I don't get empathy and affirmation. The unhelpful person I spoke with at the beginning of the week lied to me and told me I had to pay off my credit card to close my checking account. She was like I went half the way for you. Like im supposed to be impressed your idea of good service is going half the distance. Torri was an amazing customer service representative. I’m a long time customer but I haven’t accessed my account in several years. She put me at ease and provided everything I needed to get back on track. She was great and I’m glad I reconnected with Sentinel.
Tammy is an amazing lady .she went above and beyond to help me with a title issue
