Bought a car, got a loan, went to the bank set up another checking and savings account and gave them everything for documents for the car, 4 months later they slap on a forced insurance policy claiming iv not had insurance on the vehicle, its been insured since I bought it (also gave them the insurance info when I set up the account) . I’m disappointed with my experience with Sentinel Credit Union today. My husband and I currently have two loans through Sentinel, and in the past I have called to make changes regarding the account our monthly payments are withdrawn from. Previously, the representative was able to handle the request over the phone and send the necessary authorization through email for us to DocuSign, making the process quick and convenient. I've been working with this credit union for many years and always deposit my money around the same time every month. The last time I was at the pull up window I was treated with disrespect and unprofessional behavior by I believe a supervisor named Chylo. She not only told me she was going to hold my check I needed to pay my bills with, she totally disregarded my initial request for funds back which she had to fix later. I was also late for a medical appointment because of this over 20 minute delay. No one should go through... read more

I love my bank. They are present for the community, they are family first and I receive fantastic customer service. The only complaint is they need to catch up to other banks with ATM deposit accessibility.
