Front desk woman loves to waste your time and loves to tell you that her guesses are more factual than what you've been told. If I try to correct her I'm being argumentative. I guess that's why they show up late every time I'm there waiting for them at the door

I thought I was in the wrong place while at the right door, it's not an inviting place to be for sure and it smells like sewage pipes in there. Obviously not a place I'd want anyone to have to experience in life but hey... Things do happen and consequences are reality.

The folk here went out of their way to make sure everything was good and in order to minimize confusion, especially since some of the information we got was not consistent. The cleared everything up. They were also accommodating when we needed to make equipment adjustments. This is the only time we have had to deal with this, and they made it far less painful. Blessings.
