I highly recommend Heather and Sentient Physiotherapy. Heather has been helping heal my precious dog, Harley, with limping and lameness. He is standoffish with new people, but he LOVES Heather. Heather is knowledgeable, gentle and calm. She won him over in the first session and built trust with him. Our 9 year old Rottweiler has damaged her Crutiate Ligament and we have been having physio with Heather to help with her rehab. Heather has also been using acupuncture on her spine and laser on her knee during her treatments, both have also helped. It’s great that Heather comes to us, which makes our girl much more comfortable being treated in her own home, she even gets very excited when she sees Heather coming through the gate. Thanks Heather for all your help and knowledge with our girl.
I highly recommend Heather. I’m very fussy about my dog getting the highest care possible and she has never let us down. Her knowledge of her chosen field is high. She explains things really well and has a great energy around dogs. Being a Frankston local, it has been really helpful getting home visits from Heather.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sentient Physiotherapy! Heather is incredible—she’s treated both my dogs and my cat with such care and expertise. As an experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist, she really knows her stuff. It’s also super convenient that she comes to our home for the treatments, and my dogs absolutely adore her. I was especially impressed by how gentle and calm she was with my cat. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Heather’s services to anyone!
I can’t thank Heather enough for all her help with my dog Luka. He had stage 5 IVDD and lost all feeling and couldn’t walk. Heather gave me practical exercises I could do with a 40kg dog. She came up with strategies along the way when I found some exercises challenging. After 12 months of physio and rehab he is finally able to walk again on his own.
