I went there to just do an evaluation nothing more and also received resistance band and exercise papers how to do them. They showed me how to use it but geez I didn't know they were going to charge me for it and the session wasnt even long. You can at least let us know that if you plan on doing simple exercises on us to let us know we will be charged for it so we don't have to waste our money if it's just simple exercises at home.
