After a Mast Cell/Basophilia attack, this new "NURSE" refused a current patient a blood test ordered by an ONCOLOGIST thru Sentara. The NURSE was late to work, with an excuse of a traffic jam in Waverly, Va, and refused to honor that Drs order, which both my husband and I both used for labs. We had great service with Valerie Herbert, but this 36 year old "kid" is not geriatric friendly when trying to catch an autoimmune disease for over a year with 4 other specialists(REAL doctors). Wonderful staff that make you feel comfortable and right at home. Very convenient; they give encouragement and positive feedback. We are very pleased with this center!
My experience has been very positive from Day One. All of the personnel sought to make me feel comfortable and at ease, encouraging me to work at my own ability level. They are attentive and thorough. This is a good place!
