I just recently had a 2 mo stay at this facility and I was less then impressed with some of the staff, front desk and several nurses. The front desk did not know the proper procedure for discharging a patient. Poor job. Several nurses were rude and did not honor the privacy of other patients. Isn't there a law against that? Fortunately for these individuals with their short comings there were more staff members that made my stay bearable. Two in particular.
