Booked an appointment for my toddler weeks ago and they called me 6 hours before her appointment to cancel because of their mistake. Don’t waste your time with this facility!

My son has been going here for about a year I believe. I’ll start by saying I love the therapist we have worked with. Most of this time was spent with Becky and Madison and my son still ask when we are going to see them again he absolutely adores them and took to them right away. He’s had fill in appointments with some of the other staff and they were great if I was rating just the occupational therapist they would have 5 stars! My son sees Sierra for PT and she’s amazing! He absolutely loves her and she’s so great with him. They do in office pt and in the pool, he’s always so excited to go. And he’s made amazing progress working with her
