My experience at East Rock PT was exceptionally great! Sarah is such a gifted, highly trained, caring and encouraging person/PT that diligently worked together with me to help me heal and become stronger/more functional. She is just fantastic! I also feel that the other PT's there, Tyler and Justin (I also saw Tara one time) are also very caring and super. I just call Sentara Therapy in Elkton and talked to a lady by the name of Karen. She sounded very goofy and like she didn't know what she was doing. She couldn't tell me much about what to expect in scheduling, just said I would have to come in and talk to a PT. Not what I was expecting at all.
I would give zero stars if I could! My Son who has been on Crutches for 8 months went here and the Crazy so called Therapist looked at him and told him he had patients way worse than him! He only looked at him mind you) I hope no one else goes through what my Son has with Sentara! Oh by the way the so called Therapist name is Tyler in case you accidentally go to him! ( He is now going to UVA where there are real doctors and Therapist!
