I came here for the first time on October 23rd 2026 for the evaluation for physical therapy for my back and everyone was so friendly and so helpful and understanding I absolutely love my physical therapist Hannah hjelm she is very friendly and kind and very patient and explains the exercises she wants to do and also shows me how to do them in a way I can understand I’m having another physical therapy session tomorrow with her and I’m looking forward to seeing her again Dr kumar is also very nice and Dr John is also really ni... read more

I highly recommend Sentara Therapy Center and its entire professional staff. I worked primarily with Dr. Kat during my lengthy recovery from a broken wrist and shoulder complications. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging. She clearly explained the purpose behind each exercise and helped me set goals and stay motivated along the way. She also performed dry needling, which made a tremendous difference in my progress.
